Data Entry Officer for Grasscutter Farm Business

Are you a highly organized Data Entry Officer who thrives in turning chaos into structure?

The Portable Farm, a leading name in Nigeria’s Grasscutter farming and distribution space, is looking for a Data Entry Officer to build and lead our Data Entry system from scratch!

We're not your typical farm — we run a reseller/affiliate model: we receive customer orders, procure animals from our partner farmers, and handle delivery and logistics. We're growing fast and need a numbers-driven professional to make sense of our money flow.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build a world-class Data Entry system

Track all customer transactions and supplier payments

Manage installments, staff commissions & payroll

Record and report animal deaths during transit

Create weekly/monthly profit reports and forecasts

Set up tools and train our team on smart bookkeeping

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 6months - 1year experience in Data Entry

Experience with accounting & Data Entry tools (QuickBooks, Zoho, Excel, Google Forms etc)

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to work independently and proactively

Passionate about structure, systems, and problem-solving

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
