A/P & A/R Dashboard creation

I am looking for someone to create a dashboard to track our accounts payable and accounts receivable performance. Currently, we use Netsuite for all our accounting operations, and I need a dashboard that will give me a good idea of how well these two functions are performing. Specifically, I want to see how our Accounts Payable is doing, and the dashboard should be able to show this data in a chart or graph format. Any additional data points will be discussed further with the successful bidder.
