Every business day I need each purchase, sale, receipt, payment and journal entry captured accurately in Tally Prime so my ledgers stay perfectly up-to-date. You will receive the source documents electronically; your role is to post them the same day, reconcile all bank and cash balances, and flag any inconsistencies before day-end.
A weekly Tally backup and an Excel export of the updated trial balance should also be delivered so I can review performance in real time. Consistent naming conventions, correct tax codes and neat narration on every voucher are essential for smooth statutory reporting later on.
