Customized ERPNext DocTypes Interface

I require a specialized ERPNext DocTypes Builder to manage custom fields and forms. The interface must be designed with admins who don't have high tech background in mind, ensuring it is simple and intuitive.
Context:
We are a social ecommerce platform that uses an in-house inventory, order, warehouse management systems built by our tech team. Our goal is to move to ERPNext because it's easier to scale there. And also to be able to have our accounting team work there.
The goal is separated on multiple phases but the first one and the most important is to build our dashboard on ERPNext by copy pasting what we have in the in-house built dashboard and creating DocTypes.
After that, we'll create a new request for the other phases.
