Custom Zoho Society Billing Module for CredFico

Zoho Books Custom Billing Module Development (Society Maintenance + Late Payment Interest)

Description:
We are CredFico.com, and we are looking for an experienced Zoho Books Developer to build a custom Society Billing Module inside Zoho Books.

Key Requirements:

One-Click Bill Generation

A button/function to generate monthly invoices for all society members (customers) with a single click.

Each member (flat/unit) is already set up as a customer in Zoho Books.

Charges such as Maintenance Fees, Water Charges, Parking Fees, etc. should auto-populate from pre-defined items.

Late Payment Interest Automation

The system should automatically check for overdue invoices.

Calculate interest (configurable rate, e.g. % per month or per day).

Add the “Late Payment Interest” charge automatically to the next invoice of the member.

Reports & Tracking

Track which members are paid/unpaid.

Automatic reminders to customers for overdue invoices.

Deliverables:

Custom Function(s) in Zoho Books (Deluge scripting).

Workflow automation setup.

Documentation for configuration & usage.

Testing with sample data.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Zoho Books API & Deluge scripting.

Experience in building custom functions & workflows inside Zoho.

Prior work in automation for billing/accounting preferred.

Budget: Open to proposals (fixed price preferred).
Timeline: To be completed within 2–3 weeks.
