Custom Loan Excel Spreadsheet Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an Excel spreadsheet to manage a custom loan. The spreadsheet should include:
- Interest calculations
- An amortization table
- The ability to handle both partial and no payments
- The ability to add to the loan amount with no payments
- Functionality similar to a line of credit, allowing me to draw more money as needed
- Collum for late payment fee to be added to loan each time there is not a payment or there is a draw.
- Running tabulation of interest paid and principal paid ect.
Ideal skills for this project include advanced Excel knowledge, experience with financial modeling, and the ability to create user-friendly spreadsheets. Please note that some months would involve partial or no payment, but interest would accrue.
