Crypto Tax Data Processing
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a proficient data analyst to transform raw data from a cryptocurrency exchange into a well-structured Excel spreadsheet. The purpose of this task is to prepare the data for tax submissions, so the final product must be suitable for my accountant.
Key Requirements:
- The raw data is in CSV format.
- The Excel spreadsheet must include Profit/Loss calculations and Transaction summaries.
- All transaction data should be organized by date.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
- Experience with cryptocurrency data is a plus.
- Understanding of tax-related data processing is preferred.
Tasks.
• Improve existing excel document (attached) or create a new spreadsheet to provide the following; for FY 2021/2022 . Also include the raw data from the second exchange into the existing spreadsheet or if creating new to combine both raw data to provide one excel spreadsheet.
• Secondly, include separate tab with a summary page consisting of total purchases, sells,profit and losses. Also include remaining holdings for the FY.
NOTE: If you do not have the raw data for the cryptocurrency purchase price and date, then these rows are to be left blank. I will fill in the blank spaces later.
Ideally this would suit someone who is proficient in Excel and account keeping. Preferably with a knowledge of cryptocurrency.
I do not want time wasters or people who want to haggle over price. I need this completed urgently. If I am happy with your work, I will extend the project to include the next two FY’s.
