Credit Controller Needed for Debt Recovery

I am in need of an experienced credit controller to assist with recovering an overdue payment from a consulting client. The payment is now more than 60 days overdue, and there have been multiple attempts to make contact and collect the payment. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in debt recovery, with specific experience in the consulting industry a plus
- Be able to re-establish contact with the client and ensure successful collection
- Possess excellent communication skills and a firm but professional approach
