Create a business entity in Argentina

I'm based in USA and I would like to create a business entity in Argentina. I need an attorney or accounting office who are authorized to open a legal business entity and perform the business transactions. It would be for IT services business. I'm not local to Argentina. You must be local and authorized to open entity in Argentina.
