Create a Financial forecasting model For Business School Project (Must be done by friday) -- 3

I need a financial model done for a business project. We received a line of credit for USD 1.5B at 3.5% interest that has a grace period of 5 years for each yearly investment withdraw. This is to be a financial model including projections, loan repayment schedule that maximizes equity disbursements as early as possible, and net cash flows. I have attached the excel sheet that shows the streams of revenue and how they stack on each other. The orange at the bottom shows the amount invested each year. REMEMBER THERE IS A 5 YEAR GRACE PERIOD THAT ALLOWS YOU TO REPAY INTEREST WITHOUT PAYING PRINCIPAL. The maximum length of the facility is 50 years but the equity will continue past that point.
