Cost Accountant - Chinese/English written and spoken fliuently

Cost accountant to analyze a medium manufacturing facility (metal structures).
Chinese speaking/writing Fluent – English mandatory.
Overview and control of a Chinese factory. Coordinate Chinese production with European headquarters and production site.
Homebased job (when it will be possible) trips to China and Europe once a year maybe up to two per year.
Tasks are : prepare and control internal cost audits. Analize cost and issue reports periodically comparing standard cost to actual production costs.
Travelling to China and within Europe (few weeks per year)
