Deliverable (what you’ll produce):
A polished report of ~35–45 pages of core content (excluding references/appendices)
Word/Google Doc + Excel/Google Sheets used for calculations and charts
Clear, labeled tables & charts (share price trends, key ratios, etc.)
Consistent references/citations for data sources
Final proofread copy (no placeholders)
Must-follow structure (section order):
Executive Summary (1 page)
Corporate Financial Environment (company snapshots, listings/indices, 5-year price performance vs peers/benchmark, key price drivers/events)
Sources of Finance (short/medium/long term; compute market cap, gearing, share count where relevant)
Corporate Valuation (NAV, P/E—current/trailing/forward, simple DCF variants)
Shareholder Return & EMH/Control (dividends, buybacks/M&A impacts, brief technical view)
Derivatives & Risk Management (options/warrants/convertibles/swaps/forwards/futures—what each firm uses, simple historic pricing/illustration)
International Exposure & Distress (translation exposure basics + any past distress risks and how they coped)
Conclusion

Data & analysis expectations:
Use annual reports/investor materials + reputable market data (prices, indices, events)
Compute and show workings for simple ratios (market cap, gearing, P/E variants, NAV)
Link major events (dividends, splits, M&A, policy moves) to price movements where possible
Keep charts readable and sources noted under each figure
