Convert data from Xero (accounting software) into excel reports with graphs.

I am looking for someone to help me convert data from Xero (an accounting software) into Excel reports with graphs on a monthly basis. The data I need to be converted is income and expenses, for which I have a general idea about the format of the Excel reports. I need the Excel reports to be updated on a monthly basis. I want to build a longer term relationship with the right person who can work on this and make changes as we go along
