Contested Divorce Filing Response Support

I am in the thick of a contested divorce and have just been served. I now need to prepare a complete, accurate response that will stand up in court. The core work revolves around drafting all required papers for the response phase-–petitions, counter-claims, financial affidavits and any additional judicial council forms my state mandates.

What must be covered: the proposed division of marital and separate assets, a clear plan for alimony, an itemised division of debt and a well-supported calculation of child-support.
