Consulting for Quickbooks using multiple accounts and companies

I'm seeking a Quickbooks consultant to help with setting up multiple accounts and companies. I already have Quickbooks installed and set up, but need assistance leveraging its features to optimize the way I manage finances for my real estate investing and flipping business. My ideal consultant will have experience setting up multiple accounts and companies, customizing Quickbooks for industry specific needs, and troubleshooting/resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, I'm looking for a consultant who can help me streamline and automate processes, enabling me to focus more energy on growing my business.
I do Real Estate investing. I buy, remodel, Resale, Rent Real Estate. That means income from , Bank Mortgages, Seller Financing, Other Individual raw Investors.
Ideal person can show me how to customize QB on line "Plus" to adjust Chart of Accounts, Understand Tags and Groups,
etc. Some real estate tax code would be a plus, not required
