I am looking for an expert to aid with preparation of construction claims, specializing in extension of time claims and changes in law. I already possess the contract documents, change orders, and correspondence records.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Engineering or Quantity Surveying background
- Expert in preparing Contractual Claims
- Demonstrable experience in managing Construction Claims
- Strong data analysis skills
Your main responsibility will be:
- Processing and organizing the above-mentioned documentation
- Preparation of fully substantiated claims
Please note, I only require assistance in preparing the claims. I do not need help with writing or presenting them.
The final product should be a detailed, comprehensive report. Whenever possible, include all essential details, references, and analysis within the report. If you are capable of producing high-quality claims reports in a demanding timeframe, I would love to hear from you.
