Basic OPC and PLC Consultation

I'm seeking a Certified Accountant (CA) with extensive knowledge and experience in One Person Company (OPC) and Private Limited Company (PLC) operations. The freelancer's responsibility will include:
• Detailed and concise assistance with all aspects of OPCs and PLCs. This includes, but is not limited to, understanding accounting principles, analyzing financial statements, and interpreting taxation regulations.
• Providing information on the legal requirements and processes for establishing both OPC and PLC. An in-depth understanding of the registration procedures, benefits, drawbacks, and compliance obligations associated with each type is required.
Ideal skills:
• Expertise in accounting principles, financial statements analysis and taxation regulations.
• Experience in setting up and managing OPC and PLC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ethical and professional behavior.
