A small company is in need of monthly accounting services with total 4 days of work needed, I'm seeking a skilled and experienced accountant who is proficient in various financial responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Financial Statement Preparation
- Experience in Tax Planning and Preparation
- Handling Accounts, Finance, and Tax Related Documentation and Audits
Specific Software Requirement:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
Frequency:
The accounting services are required on a monthly basis X 4 days of work per month (one day per week and can be on weekend). This will include maintaining my financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring all tax documentation and audits are up-to-date.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in similar monthly accounting tasks
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management
- Strong communication skills to discuss financial details
