This includes areas like Payroll, Sales, Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Collection, Investment, Budget, and Reporting. The package will also need to cover the Delegation of Authority (DOA), along with relevant templates and forms.
Specific Areas of Focus:
- Initial focus on Payroll, Sales, Accounting, Budget, and all related financials.
- Detailed policies and procedures for General Ledger Management, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
- Comprehensive procedures for all facets of finance.
