KEY RESULT AREA (KRA)
• Maintain registers of Accounts/Finance/Stock & Bank on Tally & Excel
• Reconciliation of Bank, Creditors & Debtors Account.
• Maintain of Sales and Purchase Books & Administration
• Co-ordination with Plant Staff & office Administration
• Responsible for Monthly Cash Flow and Profit & Loss Account
• Prepare Half yearly and Yearly Trial Balance & Balance Sheet
• Internal Audit of Accounts, Taxation, Store & Bank Account
• Maintain of VAT, CST, T.D.S, Deduction, Return & E-Filling
• Maintain Service Tax Return & Excise related documents
• Work related with Inventory Control, Pay Roll, P.F. & E.S.I.
• Maintaining distributors ledger and accounts, preparation and distribution of salary, salary audit etc.
• Banking MIS like submitting of stock statement and debtor’s age-wise analysis.
• Assisting to the Manager Finance for finalization of Account and Final Account with statutory & Internal Auditor.
• Management information system – preparation of MIS for management as and when required using the accounts, sales and other data using MS-Excel.
