I'm seeking a skilled accountant who can assist with daily bookkeeping and data management in AlignBooks.
I have an import-export company that primarily deals with imports. I need someone who can keep track of all purchases, sales, stock, cash on hand, bank transactions, transport costs, warehouse costs, salaries, and expenses, and generate reports. This includes all daily accounting tasks from A to Z, submitting reports for GST, and generating invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering daily transactions: This includes sales, purchase and expense transactions, as well as tracking stock, cash, bank imports and other accounts.
- Generating financial reports: I need regular, clear reports on my financial status.
- Reconciliation of accounts: You will be responsible for ensuring all accounts are accurately reconciled.
