Comprehensive Childcare Bookkeeping in QBO
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I'm seeking a diligent and experienced bookkeeper to handle various financial aspects of my childcare business. This includes income and expense tracking, and preparing all the reports like Profit and Loss, Balancesheet and Cashflow.
I handle the payroll in separate software called Employment Hero. Journal entry will be provided for that.
Key responsibilities:
- Track and maintain accurate records of all income sources
- Monitor and record all expenses related to the
- Generate financial reports and summaries as needed
The ideal candidate should:
- Have extensive experience in bookkeeping, particularly in QuickBooks
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in their work
- Work efficiently and be able to meet deadlines
This position does not have a strict deadline, but I would prefer prompt and consistent updates on the financial status of the business. If you fit the bill, I look forward to receiving your proposal.
