I need a detail-oriented accountant with a solid background in financial planning and budget modeling. You should be familiar with different industries, particularly in outdoor advertising and technology.
Scope:
- The development of comprehensive budget models for two companies in the technology and outdoor advertising industries. The models should include projections for various verticals.
- Incorporate detailed modules for payroll, operating expenses(OPEX), finance cost, depreciation, and implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS 16).
- Consolidate the finances of Subsidiary A and Subsidiary B into the budget model.
- Create balance sheets and cash flow statements derived from the budget models.
- Perform a comparison of model projections to actual data and last year's figures to facilitate performance analysis.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Financial planning and analysis
- Experience in Outdoor Advertising and Technology sectors
- Deep understanding of IFRS 16
- Familiarity with the preparation and analysis of balance sheets and cash flow statements
