Comprehensive Accounting Coordination File

I need an organized central coordination file for my company's accounting. This document should include cash flows, balance sheets, and be set up for data entry. Divide the doc, in separate client sheets, and a connect them to the main sheet. I need only help in making the document for my own use. I have an accountant for the official files. I need to be able to speak with whoever handles the project in order to be able to understand the doc and to describe accurately the structure of it.

Requirements:
- Yearly balance sheet
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of accounting principles in Greece ideally, but necessarly.
- Experience in preparing and organizing financial documents
