Subject: Requirement for Comprehensive Compliance and Accounting Services for Private Limited Company
I am Jisesh Surendran Tiyar, Director of Bid Masters Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional or firm to provide end-to-end compliance, accounting, and financial management services for our company on an annual retainer basis.
Scope of Services Required:
We require full-service support for the following mandatory and essential compliance activities for a Private Limited Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013:
1. Director Services:
Addition/Removal/Update of Director details on the MCA portal.
Annual DIN KYC filing for all directors.
2. Statutory Filings:
ROC Filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, and other applicable forms).
Annual Return Filing as per Companies Act.
Preparation and filing of Board Resolutions, AGM Minutes, and other statutory registers.
3. Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Regular maintenance of company books of accounts.
Monthly or quarterly bookkeeping.
Preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).
4. Taxation & Financial Filings:
Income Tax Return (ITR) filing for the company.
TDS Return Filing (Quarterly, if applicable).
GST Filing (Monthly/Quarterly, if applicable).
Assistance with advance tax, tax planning, and compliance.
5. Statutory Audit:
Coordination and support for Statutory Audit by a Chartered Accountant.
Preparation of audit reports and financial disclosures.
6. Other Regulatory Compliances:
Compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable regulations.
Filing of any other event-based compliance such as:
Change in registered office.
Issue/allotment of shares.
Change in shareholding structure, etc.
7. General Advisory & Representation:
Ongoing legal and financial advisory.
Representation before MCA, Income Tax, or GST authorities if required.
