Complete IRS 1023 Application
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
IRS Form 1023 is waiting on my desk, still mostly blank. Before it can go to the Service I need two things brought together: airtight financials and a persuasive, regulation-friendly narrative.
Financials first. I do NOT yet have them in order. You will need to
• organise the raw receipts, bank PDFs and spreadsheets I supply,
• create the formal financial statements the form demands, and
• cross-check every line for IRS compliance so nothing triggers a follow-up letter.
Narrative second. I have mission notes and scattered ideas for Part IV, but the text still has to be shaped into a clear story that shows how we meet 501(c)(3) requirements while staying within IRS wording conventions.
Deliverables
• Fully completed Form 1023 (all relevant schedules) ready for e-filing
• Clean, balanced financial statements and four-year projection, source workbooks included
• Final Part IV narrative polished, compliant and consistent with the numbers
I will review everything against Publication 557 and a short checklist; when the numbers reconcile and the language reads smoothly, we are done.
