Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want you to take my existing private-limited company all the way to an active current account, handling every step on our behalf until the bank confirms the account is live. That means preparing all paperwork, updating the KYC documents, liaising directly with the chosen branch, and advising me on the most suitable banking option before we commit.
Once we agree on a bank, you will collect the required corporate details, draft and refine every form or resolution they ask for, submit the application, respond to compliance queries, and keep me updated so I never have to stand in line or chase a relationship manager myself.
Deliverables (all digital copies must be supplied in PDF as well as the original editable format):
• Completed and bank-stamped KYC set for the company
• Any board or shareholder resolutions the bank required
• Written confirmation from the bank that the current account is open and operational, including account number and branch details
• A brief hand-over note summarising next steps (cheque-book request, net-banking activation, etc.)
