Company Valuation and Bookkeeping Expert

I run a handmade ceramics and crafts business that has been operating for 4 years. The business has grown steadily and I’m now looking to understand its true financial position and plan how to scale, but I haven’t been consistently tracking my revenue, profit, or inventory value.
Key tasks include:
• Company valuation: Perform an income-based valuation to estimate the current worth of the business and advise on growth potential.
• Bookkeeping setup: Organize and maintain clear, accurate financial records (income, expenses, salaries, COGS, etc.).
• Inventory management: Build and organize an updated inventory of raw materials and finished goods, with cost values assigned.
• Financial clarity: Help me establish clear monthly revenue, expenses, and profit going forward.
About the business:
• 4-year-old craft/ceramics brand with growing demand and custom orders.
• One full-time employee with a salary of 120 KWD.
• Materials include clay, glazes, packaging, and finished goods (inventory is not yet documented).
Ideal skills and experience:
• Strong background in accounting and finance
• Expertise in income-based valuation methods
• Proficiency with bookkeeping and financial software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Inventory and cost-of-goods tracking experience
• Ability to deliver an organized financial system and company valuation within one month
