Company Name Change India

My CA got the name of my company approved but is not amending the MOA and AOA. Also he is not filing the name change forms with MCA. His only justification is that MCA new portal is not working. I understand it's going slow and there are delays but the real reason is he is too busy with other things.

Scope of work is Ammend the MOA and AOA
Get the name change for the company processed.

Any Lawyer or CS will be fine. A CA is also acceptable
