UK Company Formation & SEIS/EIS Assurance
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m ready to set up a UK-based Private Limited Company and want the whole journey handled for me—from first Companies House filings right through to securing Advance Assurance under both SEIS and EIS.
What I expect you to take care of:
• Registration & documentation: draft the memorandum/articles, complete all Companies House forms, and obtain the certificate of incorporation.
• Bank account setup: guide me to an FCA-regulated provider, prepare the KYC pack, and see the business account opened and active.
• Tax & legal advice: structure the shareholding so it is SEIS/EIS compliant, register for corporation tax, and prepare the Advance Assurance application until HMRC issues the approval letter.
Please outline your timeline, any information you will need from me up front, and previous experience gaining SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance for clients.
