UK Company Dissolution & Reincorporation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m ready to close my dormant limited company, NestAway 24 Ltd. The business never traded, but it does have four more shareholders. I am the founder and the only person who dealt with the accounts, so records are clean and up to date.
My goal now is to strike NestAway 24 Ltd off the Companies House register and immediately set up a brand-new limited company in which I hold 100 % of the equity. That means handling the DS01 application, final accounts (if needed), confirmation statement, and any HMRC notifications, then completing a fresh incorporation with a new name, Memorandum & Articles, PSC register and initial share issue solely in my name.
Please outline:
• Your fixed fee for the dissolution.
• Your fixed fee for the new company formation.
• Any disbursements (Companies House filing fees, etc.).
• Expected timeline and the information you will need from me to get started.
