- Handle Tax Matters: This is the most critical aspect of the role. The director will need to assist with tax planning and advice, filing tax returns, and dealing with HMRC correspondence.
- Maintain a Physical Address in the UK: The director should have a permanent, verifiable address in the UK.
- Provide Documents to Amazon: The director will need to provide Amazon with documents such as proof of company registration, identification of the director, and address verification.
