Commercial Property OPEX Recovery Reconciliation Expert Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to reconcile our books in terms of operating expense (OPEX) recovery for our commercial property management business. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing OPEX recovery, auditing past records, and setting up efficient processes for future collections.

Responsibilities:

Review and audit our books for the past 5 years to ensure all OPEX recoveries have been properly invoiced.
Identify discrepancies and rectify any billing issues.
Develop and implement a streamlined process for collecting OPEX recoveries from commercial tenants.
Create a robust system for tracking and managing recoveries using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Google Sheets.
Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improving our OPEX recovery process.
Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial property management, specifically in OPEX recovery.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Google Sheets.
