Commercial Loan Mortgage Processor

I am seeking an experienced commercial mortgage processor to assist with commercial loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications
- Verify all necessary documents
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and lenders
- Assess borrowers' financial backgrounds to determine eligibility.
- Monitor and manage the loan pipeline to ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with underwriters to expedite loan approval processes.
- Follow up on and request any missing application documents.
- Prepare complete loan packets for underwriting review.
- Perform accurate data entry for all loan files and updates.
- Generate and present regular progress reports on loan status.
- Conduct compliance checks and ensure adherence to regulations.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with commercial loans
- Proficient in loan application review and document verification
- Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with mortgage processing software is a plus, but not a requirement as I can provide training on our specific tools. What is most important is your ability to handle the tasks required with precision and professionalism.
