Combining Multiple Company PNLs together

I have three companies that are inter-related but have separate books for a sole proprietor. Resources/expenses are shared at year end based on percentage of revenue. I would like to build a pivot table that I can combine each month to see where the firm is at a whole.

This would also be the same for the Balance sheet.
