AI CoPilot for Non-Profit Funding Evaluation
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I represent an Australian organisation that grants capital funds to Australian not-for-profit organisations. These not-for-profit organisations submit an application to seek a capital grant. Within the application, the not-for-profit provides financial information in two parts. An Excel spreadsheet and audited financial statements. This information is used to assess what level of financial contribution the not-for-profit can make from its own resources to fund its capital project. The Excel spreadsheet contains formulas to produce a range of financial ratios from data contained in the spreadsheet.
A staff member currently reviews the data integrity in the spreadsheet, financial ratios, and audited financial statements. This process is time-consuming. Whilst there is every attempt to ensure the review process is undertaken consistently from one application to another, there is a desire to ensure a consistent evaluation of the data to determine the financial contribution the not-for-profit can make to the project and remain financially sustainable.
I am seeking an individual/group to develop an AI Agent in CoPilot to undertake the initial evaluation of the data.
