- The client's current state of books is somewhat accurate but needs organization.
- The client is currently using QuickBooks online accounting software.
- Ongoing bookkeeping services will be required on a monthly basis.
- Creating P&L Statements and assistance with sales tax filings
- Preparation of business property taxes
Skills and experience required:
- Certification as a QuickBooks Advisor and experience in organizing and cleaning up books.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately organize and reconcile financial data.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Ability to provide ongoing bookkeeping services on a monthly basis.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with the client.
- Time management skills to meet monthly bookkeeping deadlines.
