Chartered Accountant for Business Registration in India

I'm looking for an experienced Indian Chartered Accountant to assist with the following for my Cybersecurity Pvt Ltd startup:

- Full company registration assistance, including:
- Filing SPICe+ Part B
- Signing MOA/AOA
- Applying for GST
INC-33 (MOA), INC-34 (AOA), AGILE-PRO (INC-35), and the final declaration and digital signature by an authorized Chartered Accountant (CA) as required by MCA.

- Ongoing compliance support after GST registration

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant certification in India
- Experience with SPICe+ and GST registration
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for startups
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
