Chartered Accountant for Corporate Financial Statements
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹0 INR
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to prepare complete financial statements and supporting schedules for corporate entities engaged in infrastructure, energy, mining, chemicals, real estate, and investment activities.
The selected professional will be responsible for preparing accurate, audit-ready financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and supporting management in responding to auditor and lender information requests.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare complete annual and interim financial statements, including:
Balance Sheet
Profit & Loss Statement
Cash Flow Statement
Statement of Changes in Equity
Notes to Accounts
Supporting Schedules
Review and reconcile:
Bank accounts
Loans and borrowings
Fixed assets
Intercompany transactions
Accounts receivable and payable
Equity transactions
Prepare working papers supporting all material balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Assist with audit preparation and auditor queries.
Ensure compliance with:
Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), where applicable
Companies Act requirements
Applicable tax and statutory reporting requirements
Identify accounting issues, discrepancies, or unsupported balances and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with management, legal counsel, lenders, investors, and auditors as required.
Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Active ICAI membership
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
Experience preparing audited financial statements for private or public companies
Strong knowledge of:
Ind AS
Schedule III financial reporting
Corporate accounting
Cash flow preparation
Financial statement disclosures
