I am in the midst of registering a One Person Company (OPC) and have made considerable progress on my own. However, I now find myself in need of a Chartered Accountant (CA) to assist me with the final steps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the SPICe+ form and all accompanying documents
- Provide the necessary professional declaration and certification required by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
Current Status:
- The SPICe+ form is partially completed, with Part A (Name Reservation) finalised.
- I require assistance in Part B, specifically in filling in incorporation details.
Ideal Candidate:
- A practicing CA with valid credentials for MCA filings.
- Previous experience in filing SPICe+ forms or similar company registration processes is highly preferred.
