Certified Accountant for P&L review
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am in need of a certified accountant who is experienced in reviewing Profit and Loss statements for my Real Estate business that uses Appfolio for financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have a background in Real Estate accounting and Appfolio software and be able to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently.
Skills and experience required:
- Certified accountant with experience in Real Estate accounting
- Extensive knowledge of Profit and Loss statements
- Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with businesses of similar revenue size
The P&L review needs to be completed within 1 week, so the ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
This short term project has the potential to lead to full-time Accounting work at our Property Management company.
**Must have extensive experience in Appfolio software.**
Rate negotiable.
