Description:
I am looking for a certified UK accountant to assist with filing accounts for a company that is in the process of being dissolved. The accounts are extremely simple as the company never got off the ground and was incorporated in September last year.
Key Details:
-Only 1 sale was made (for £1 - made in error).
-The remaining transactions involve a director's loan (only income) and expenses for marketing materials.
-Approximately ONLY 30 transactions took place during the 12 months.
-The company is being dissolved this week, and we are required to file the accounts on or shortly after 310/10/24 (whilst the dissolution process takes place) as we have not yet reached our year-end.
-I will provide a copy of the balance sheet and 12 months of banking transactions for reference.
Required Experience:
-Must be a certified UK accountant with experience in preparing and filing simple company accounts.
-Familiarity with dissolution processes is a plus.
Deliverables:
-Preparation and filing of the final accounts.
Note: Since the accounts are very straightforward, I am looking for sensible quotes that reflect the simplicity of the work involved.
