Catch up on bank reconciliations since April and keep my accounts on track in the future

I'm looking for someone with experience with QuickBooks, and preferably with Australian experience. If you have an Australia CPA qualification, I'll be very interested to talk to you.
I haven't reconciled my accounts since April, and there are a number of transactions to sort out -- I have clients who have paid me GST for transactions that don't have GST on them, clients who pay multiple invoices in one payment, clients who pay in USD that never quite matches up to the AUD amount I see in my bank account.
In the future, if you can also prepare GST that would be nice.
