Catch-Up QuickBooks Bookkeeping

My sole proprietorship’s books are a year-and-a-half behind, yet the transaction volume is light and every bank, credit-card, and payment account already feeds into QuickBooks Online. I need the entire backlog entered, categorised, entered against the correct project, and reconciled to statement level, with every receipt or invoice attached so the file is audit-ready and perfectly balanced for tax season.

You will work directly in my QBO file (no exports), making the most of its receipt-capture and bank-rules features. Once historical data is current, I’d like clean profit-and-loss and balance-sheet reports through the latest month, plus confidence that each account shows a zero-difference reconciliation.

Deliverables:
• All transactions from the past 18 months correctly coded and matched
• Receipts/invoices uploaded and linked to their respective entries
• Bank, credit-card, and PayPal registers reconciled to statements
• Current P&L and balance sheet generated from within QBO
