CPA wanted for board of Directors
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
You must be in the USA or a USA person. You should have some accounting background CPA preffered.
We are setting up a SPAC company and are required to have someone who will act in the following capacity.
WITHHOLDING TAXES
Chief Financial Officer is authorized and directed to consult
with the bookkeeper, auditors and attorneys of the Company in order to be fully informed
as to, and to collect and pay promptly when due, all withholding taxes for which the
Company may now be (or hereafter become) liable.
Your role, is to inform our accountant and management of pending tax liabilities. I estimate to be not more than a few hours a year. Count on five hours a year tops. Must provide details and link to Linkedin profile for our website
