CPA to file personal and business taxes

Hello. I have an IBC that was registered in the UAE on June 6th. Most of the revenue came in through PayPal and Stripe, at least half of the revenue for the year came in before I incorporated in June (does that matter?) I am a US citizen and I have at least 100 affiliates that earned over $600 with us who have all filled out 1099's. Many more affiliates who earned less than $600, I have all this sorted on a google spreadsheet and have looked into putting the info into Quickbooks to make it easier to send out 1099's to IRS and to the affiliates who require them. Does this seem like a pretty straightforward job? What would be required from me? Thanks in advance.
