CPA Review of Grant Ledger

I need an experienced, licensed CPA to perform an independent review of the general ledger for one of my programs that was financed with grant funds. The ledger covers a single fiscal year and was maintained in QuickBooks Online.

Your mandate is to confirm that every entry tied to the grant—both income deposits and expense allocations—has been recorded accurately, falls within the grant’s allowable cost categories, and is supported by proper documentation. I also want your professional eye on the overall bookkeeping posture: spotting mis-codings, omitted accruals, or other issues that could raise red flags if the grantor—or an external auditor—asks for backup.

Deliverables
