CPA/CA Needed for Texas LLC Restructuring
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm seeking a qualified CPA or CA to assist with the restructuring of my Texas-based LLC. This project will involve both tax planning and compliance as well as legal documentation and filing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with initial restructuring
- Ongoing tax compliance and filing assistance post-restructuring
Ideal candidates should have significant experience working with LLCs in Texas, and a strong understanding of both tax planning and legal requirements.
It would be perfect if the person is familiar with both US and India tax regime. I have a private limited in India and want to make my US LLC a subsidiary of the Indian private limited. If everything goes well, I will retain the person for both US LLC and India pvt limited tax filing.
Realistic bids only. I am low on budget. My revenues are low but I am stuck in this structure.
