HK CPA Needed for Intangible Asset Inclusion
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am the Director of ZEUS DAO Ltd, a Hong Kong-registered company with full ownership of the intellectual property of a decentralized trading platform, ZEUS Exchange. This project requires a qualified Hong Kong CPA to assist with the inclusion of this intangible asset in our financial statements under HKAS 38.
The asset has been internally valued at USD 5,000,000. Supporting documents include:
– IP Assignment Agreement
– Internal Valuation Report
– Board Resolution
– Statement of Financial Position (April 2025)
Your tasks will involve:
- Reviewing our financial statements
- Preparing and assisting with the filing of these documents.
