CPA Letter Needed for Mortgage Today (1/5/23)

hi there! my wife and I are in the process of buying a house and the lender is hoping that you can help me with the following documents:
Please have your CPA provide the following items:
- Signed/dated YTD Profit & Loss statement, through 11/30/22
- Balance sheet
- Signed/dated letter on company letterhead mentioning your business names and acknowledging how long your businesses have been operational. He/she also needs to include how that to the best of his/her knowledge they are both still operational.
**There are two businesses mentioned below called "Craft and Logic" and "Edin Soap Co. For background
IF we could include some language on the CPA letter to this effect that would be great this is the note from their team:
"Jonathan, I spoke with Stan, we do not want to have your CPA use ‘shift in focus’ type of verbiage, he suggested keeping things simple. In addition to the details you have already requested from him, please have him add a comment about Craft and Logic being a sole proprietorship LLC in 2020 and that it did not generate any income that year therefore no Schedule C was filed for 2020, and that in 2021 Craft & Logic was converted to an S-Corp."
